┃PT┃Residência Artististica com mentoria desenvolvida no âmbito do Programa Nacional de Comitês de Cultura, do Ministério da Cultura, a partir da minha atuação como agente territorial. A proposta consistiu em um ciclo formativo realizado no Jardim Botânico Benjamin Maranhão, em João Pessoa, voltado a artistas interessados em compreender e acessar políticas públicas culturais. A partir de uma convocatória aberta, selecionei participantes para um percurso que articulava formação técnica, orientação de carreira e acompanhamento individual.

O curso combinou introdução à aquarela e à ilustração botânica com discussões sobre portfólio, apresentação de projetos e inserção no circuito artístico. Como exercício final, cada participante desenvolveu uma imagem a partir da ideia de quimera, construindo um arranjo de plantas como forma de autorrepresentação e reflexão sobre sua trajetória e perspectivas no campo da arte. O processo culminou em uma exposição coletiva com curadoria compartilhada com Vitória Formigueri, reunindo os trabalhos desenvolvidos ao longo do percurso e consolidando a formação como prática artística e política.

┃EN┃This Artistic Residency and Mentorship was developed within the framework of the National Culture Committees Program, by the Ministry of Culture, as part of my work as a territorial cultural agent. The project consisted of a training cycle held at the Benjamin Maranhão Botanical Garden in João Pessoa, aimed at artists interested in understanding and accessing public cultural policies. Through an open call, participants were selected for a program that combined technical training, career guidance, and individual mentoring.

The course brought together an introduction to watercolor and botanical illustration with discussions on portfolio development, project presentation, and engagement with the art circuit. As a final exercise, each participant created an image based on the idea of a chimera, composing plant arrangements as a form of self-representation and reflection on their trajectory and perspectives within the field. The process culminated in a collective exhibition with shared curatorship with Vitória Formigueri, bringing together the works developed throughout the program and consolidating the experience as both an artistic and political practice.
